HaTomechet

Hatomechet volunteers are women who have been trained extensively in the caring and support of people with serious illness and their families. Many of the volunteers have themselves faced serious illness within their lives or the lives of their families. In addition, they are supervised by health professionals experienced in the care of chronic, terminal and life threatening diseases. Our goal is to customize each volunteer to a patient's needs, schedules and interests.
